Textile history in the making

We are proud to say that all of our products are processed here in the United States from fiber grown in the U.S. and Canada.

Our newest addition is our commercial dehairing machine. This Cormatex machine is only the second in the world and the only one in the United States.

This service separates coarser fibers from the more skin-friendly finer fibers. Compared to an artisan mill (mini-mill) separator which process up to 20 lbs per day, this machine can handle 20-50 pounds per HOUR!  A more cost effective alternative for your large-volume dehairing needs.

We have processed Buffalo, Cashmere, Wool, Alpaca, Llama, Angora, Yak, Qiviet and more.

  1. We would request to receive your fiber 1 week prior to your spot in the Q to run. Time to run depends on the volume and then shipped out as soon as completed

    1. Brian, the minimum run is 100 lbs of the same color. The best scenario would be to have the same GRADE and COLOR in that 100 lbs. That will give you the most consistent product. However, if the fiber is not all the same grade, at the very least it needs to be all the same color.
